Your Health Your Way is operated by ABL Health and funded by the County Council. The service offers a range of 1-1 and drop-in sessions, free nicotine replacement therapy as well as telephone and digital support.

Free flu vaccine and COVID-I9 booster for over 50s
|
If you’re over 50, you’re entitled to the free flu vaccine at your local GP or pharmacy.
The NHS will let you know when it’s your turn to have a COVID-19 booster. It will be at least 6 months after you had your 2nd dose of the vaccine.
With COVID-19 still circulating, it’s more important than ever to take up the flu jab and your booster this year to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Monitor your health via the NHS app
|
Manage healthcare appointments, order repeat prescriptions and monitor your health all from an app on your phone.
The NHS App already allows you to see your vaccinations status, order repeat prescriptions and manage GP appointments. If you live in Nottinghamshire and sign up to the service, you can now get additional features that let you manage your health and wellbeing wherever you are. This includes reviewing and checking your medical records and monitoring and tracking your symptoms with connected devices like fitness trackers.
