Congratulations
to Sophie Baker!
Our
Eat like an Athlete competition winner
Youngsters across the county were set an ‘eat like an athlete’
challenge to design a nutritious school meal and Radcliffe Junior pupil Sophie
Baker, 8, has been named our winner for her imaginative menu.
Schools will be invited to serve up Sophie’s winning menu on
Friday 7 September – on the eve of the Tour of Britain coming to
Nottinghamshire – as part of a special themed day.
Sophie Baker, who is keen to become a triathlete, had the chance
to meet a local world champion triathlete, Sophie Coldwell, as part of her
prize.
