Work is now underway to transform a vacant property at 25b Southgate into high-quality business space and modern public facilities.
The four-month programme will unlock new commercial opportunities, delivering flexible business units and a kiosk designed to encourage enterprise, increase footfall and support local economic growth. Positioned just off Money’s Yard, the development will bring renewed activity to a key area in the heart of Sleaford.
Alongside this, the inclusion of new public conveniences and a fully accessible Changing Places facility ensures the investment also enhances inclusivity and dwell time.
Work is scheduled for completion by mid-October and will be delivered by Build Manager with Contract Administrator services provided by BTG Eddisons.

The Government’s Great British Summer Savings scheme will see VAT reduced from 20% to 5% on selected family activities from 25 June to 1 September 2026, including children’s meals and attraction tickets.
This presents an opportunity for hospitality and tourism businesses to boost summer footfall and visitor spend, while supporting the wider visitor economy during the peak season.
