Amplius offers shared ownership homes, helping people take their first step onto the property ladder by buying a share of a home while paying rent on the rest. Did you know that an employment connection to the area can count towards eligibility, giving local workers priority access? This can help staff live closer to work, support wellbeing, and strengthen recruitment and retention across local businesses.
