Local employers have a unique chance to provide evidence on our area’s skills, training, and workforce issues right now. Make sure you have your say.
Leaders of the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) are currently gathering views and experiences on skills provision and development from the county’s employers.
As well as a series of focus groups and workshops on offer, an online survey is now live to capture feedback and evidence solely from those who matter - Lincolnshire’s employers.

North Kesteven businesses continue to excel, with the District achieving Greater Lincolnshire’s highest share of ‘three’, ‘four’ and ‘five’ star food ratings (99.78%).
Of the District's 957 food businesses, 835 hold five stars and 67 hold four or three, reflecting strong commitment to food hygiene and customer safety. The Council’s Public Protection Team supports this through regular, risk‑based inspections and ongoing guidance.

Tourism businesses and visitor attractions are invited to the Lincolnshire Leaflet Swap on Thursday 19 March, 9am-1pm at The Carre Arms Hotel, Sleaford.
The event includes welcome drinks, a leaflet exchange, county updates and a buffet lunch, offering valuable networking ahead of the new season. To book a table space (approx. 1 metre) or register to attend, email heartoflincs@n-kesteven.gov.uk. Spaces are first come, first served.
