Riverside project to boost Sleaford’s accessibility and economy
North Kesteven District Council plans to transform an unused riverside building in Sleaford into a café and community space, featuring an accredited Changing Places facility.
The project also includes new public conveniences, office space, and landscaped gardens, creating a vibrant destination that supports local businesses and enhances the town's visitor experience. With only 18 Changing Places facilities in Lincolnshire, this investment strengthens Sleaford’s position as an accessible and welcoming town.
Planning will be considered in March. Subject to a positive outcome it could be completed by August.
