The Food Standards Agency has published new best practice allergen guidance for food businesses such as restaurants, cafes and delis that sell non-prepacked food.
The guidance helps food businesses provide written allergen information to consumers with food allergies, intolerances and coeliac disease, to help them make safe and informed choices.

New laws are coming into place requiring businesses to recycle a core set of recyclable materials. These changes will take place at different times, depending on the number of full time equivalent (FTE) employees:
By March 31, 2025 – if you have 10 or more FTEs.
By March 31, 2027 – if you have fewer than 10 FTE employees in total across all of your premises.
