Sleaford businesses are set to benefit from a significant boost in town centre security, thanks to the recent upgrade of CCTV units funded by £58,000 from the Safer Streets initiative.
In partnership with the Lincolnshire Police and Crime Commissioner, North Kesteven District Council has upgraded seven existing units and added four new ones, funded with £17,500 from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
With 24/7 monitoring by Boston Borough Council, the enhanced CCTV coverage provides clearer footage and better crime prevention, creating a safer environment for businesses and the community.
