Continued business growth at Scoley Court, Metheringham

We have a range of commercial units across North Kesteven aimed at providing quality space for growing businesses – just like Phoenix Kitchens in Metheringham. View Our Portfolio to see a range of commercial properties across the District.

The kitchens manufacturer and retailer opened a new showroom at our Scoley Court business park after moving there, and has created two extra jobs since with more expected. Planning consent was not originally in place for using the unit as a showroom space. However, our Economic Development team assisted with their planning application and liaised with the case officer to ensure a smooth process.

The new showroom has resulted in additional sales and continued expansion, leading to needing more warehouse space, and it’s now taking up an extra unit at Scoley Court in addition to units 5, 6 and 7. It’s perfect timing too, as the business celebrates its 20th anniversary in October!

Council Leader Councillor Richard Wright visited to see firsthand how the business is expanding at Scoley Court.
