Grant schemes to enhance local high streets
Two grant schemes are now available, aiming to enhance local high streets and preserve and enhance the District’s built heritage.
The Sleaford Shopfront Grant Scheme is available to owners and occupiers of commercial properties within Sleaford town. A total fund of £150,000 is being offered towards targeted repairs, reinstatement and replacement of shopfronts. This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Further details of the grant scheme, including terms and conditions, are available by contacting the Heritage Trust of Lincolnshire at consultancy@heritagelincolnshire.org or by emailing planning@n-kesteven.gov.uk and quoting ‘Sleaford shopfront grant’.
Additionally, the North Kesteven Heritage Grant Scheme offers between £1,200 and £3,000 for works to historic buildings in North Kesteven. Funding is available for both residential and commercial buildings.
