Look after yourself and those around you this winter with the flu vaccine
During the cold weather and winter season, children and young people can catch and spread the flu easily. It can be very unpleasant and cause other health problems.
Ensuring that children are vaccinated helps protect them and those around them, with the majority of children being offered the nasal spray, making it quick and painless.
For the full details about the flu vaccine visit the NHS website.
