Study asks for views on transport in Airdrie and Coatbridge

Road sign

We are asking residents in Airdrie and Coatbridge for their opinions on transport, as part of a study into potential transport improvements.

With input from the local community and stakeholders, the study will help inform an Action Plan to improve walking and cycling in both towns, promote active travel, and increase the use of, and access to, public transport.

Members of the public are being invited to get involved in the consultation over the next four weeks by completing a questionnaire, available online or in local libraries.

The questionnaire is also available online in:

  • Airdrie Library, Wellwynd, Airdrie ML6 0AG, and
  • Coatbridge Library, Buchanan Centre, 126 Main Street, Coatbridge ML5 3BJ

Responses to the survey should be submitted by Sunday 17 June 2018.

For more information about the study is available from RoadsTrafficStudy@northlan.gov.uk.
