BBC
MUSIC INTRODUCING artist Maisie Peters has wowed fans by announcing an intimate
gig at Bellshill Cultural Centre, on Saturday 28 April (8pm) with tickets going
for just £5.50.
The
19- year- old indie-folk star shot to fame in January, when her hit Place We
Were Made was championed by BBC Radio DJs including Scott Mills and Jo Whiley.
Now,
with the video reaching over 120 000 views on You Tube, Maisie is set to play
alongside British Pop legends like Ash and The Vaccines, in this year’s Live at
Leeds Festival, in May.
But
before this, Maisie is coming north of the border, to do a series of gigs for
the Get It Loud in Libraries Festival, in small venues including Bellshill
Cultural Centre.
