We are looking forward to seeing our pupils return on Wednesday 17th August 2016 following the summer holidays.
Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club is open for pupils in Primary 2 to 7 from 8.15am on Wednesday 17th and Primary 1 pupils may attend Breakfast club from Thursday 18th August 2016.
Breakfast Club takes place every day from 8.15am until 8.45am and costs just 20p. Pupils will receive toast and/or cereal, fruit juice or milk. Breakfast Club should be paid daily using the Cashless Cafeteria Card which the children can add their money to when they arrive. It is recommended that enough money is put on for the whole week.
Nursery
Nursery resumes on 17th August 2016 for all returning children. The session times remain at 8.45am-11.55am and 12.45pm-3.55pm. Children who start nursery this session have been allocated a start date and time on the offer of place letters. We look forward to seeing everyone back at nursery for a fun year of learning.
First Day of Term
On the first day of term, pupils from Primary 2 to 7 should wait in the playground for the bell ringing at 9am. Staff will greet them at the pupils doors and escort the children to the the hall were they will meet their new teacher and be taken to class.
Pupils in Primary 1 should arrive for 9.30am and will go to class for 9.45am. Parents should arrive with the children via the Main Entrance. Primary 1 pupils will be collected at 2.45pm from the hall (via the Main Entrance)
Primary 1 will enter via the pupils doors at 9am and be dismissed at 3pm as normal from Tuesday 18th August 2016.
School Lunches
All pupils in Primary 1-3 are entitled to a free school meal or Snack2Go every day. Parents/Carers do not need to apply for this and it will be available to all pupils, including P1, from Wednesday 17th August if wanted.
Cashless Cafeteria cards are ready for P1 pupils to use for tuck shop if required from Wednesday 17th August. The facility for parents of P1 pupils to top-up cards on line will be available soon.
Parents of pupils in P4-7 who may be entitled to a free school meal should apply via North Lanarkshire Council at http://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/freeschoolmeals

The school lunch menu follows a three week rotation. Children pre-order in class during registration by selecting the appropriate colour of band. Please assist your child by discussing the options with them and helping them to choose what they will order.
