Yard Person - Full-time - Permanent
We are recruiting for a Yard Person at our Chesterfield North depot. This is a customer-facing role, assisting customers with their orders and enquiries. Applicants must be able to offer the excellent levels of customer service that are expected throughout the branch. Responsibilities also include loading and unloading delivery vehicles, sorting stock, picking and preparing orders and may include occasional van/pick-up driving.
Applicants must hold a full, UK driving licence. Experience, including forklift truck driving, would be an advantage but is not essential.

Part-time - 25 hours per week From £11.44 per hour
Twin Oaks Hotel are looking for a Front of House Receptionist For 25 hours per week. You would be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests. The successful candidate would be required to work a mixture of days, evenings and weekends.
The main purposes of the hotel reception staff are to respond courteously to guests’ requests, play a part in the general running of the reception desk and help the manager with the smooth running of the hotel. There would also be holiday/sickness cover as required.

The post is to deliver swimming lessons to all ages & abilities in accordance with the Council’s swimming tuition programme. To be successful, applicants will require the Swim England (SE) or STA Level 2 teaching certificate, the RLSS NPLQ (9th Edition) or RLSS NRASTC or willing to work towards completing this qualification, together with knowledge and experience of either the SE or STA Swimming Teaching programmes.

Senior Damp and Mould Co-ordinator Full time / Permanent Salary £24,238.56 and progressing through increments to the top of the scale £27,617.24
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To support the achievement of performance targets associated with Awaabs Law (an amendment to the Social Housing Regulation Bill) by ensuring the damp & mould processes meet any legislative requirements and our own policies/procedures.
Co-ordinate the allocation of work to the Asset Management Surveyors and Damp and Mould Operatives.
To be the team member responsible for co-ordinating no access to properties, liaising with Housing Management, Legal Services, Contractors and the customer.
