We are seeking someone with enthusiasm and commitment to develop their career at the Council within the Regeneration and Programmes department whilst studying for a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. The Regeneration and Programmes department is central to how the Council establishes and develops its policies, measures its performance and engages with the public, businesses, Councillors and its employees.
Reporting to the Partnership Strategy Officer in the Programme Management Team, the role will assist with a range of duties including supporting policy and strategy work, helping with the promotion of activities and Council initiatives to external and internal audiences, checking and updating web pages, collating data and monitoring information and undertaking research. The postholder will support the following Services:
The Economic Development and Regeneration Team: Functions cover a range of activities whose ultimate aim is the sustainable economic regeneration and growth of the District.

Exam Invigilator Mount St Mary’s College, Spinkhill Casual position
£10.65 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
Mount St Mary’s is a prestigious independent school situated close to Junction 30 of the M1.
We require Exam Invigilators to administer and invigilate exams within the School.
This will be on a casual basis, as required throughout the academic year.
You will work as part of a pool of invigilators ensuring that exams are carried out in
accordance with rules set out by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ).

Working Communities Project
The Working Communities Project provides free 1-1 support for NED residents who are unemployed or facing redundancy.
The service aims to assist residents overcome barriers to finding employment, is confidential and tailor made to each individual’s needs. Residents can either refer themselves onto the service or be referred to the service by their Job Centre Work Coach – either way is done on a voluntary basis.
Sessions are usually held in the community to ensure it is accessible for residents, however, support is currently being offered using WhatsApp video call and by email and phone.
