We are looking for a hardworking and reliable person to join our kitchen team, helping to prepare and cook our home made food 4/5 days a week (evenings and weekends). Previous kitchen experience is essential, and you must have either the relevant qualifications or be willing to gain them. Other duties will include keeping paperwork up to date, cleaning and closing the kitchen down as well as preparing desserts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as a receptionist at Peak Edge Hotel.. You will work as part of an established team to deliver flawless service to all guests. Shift patterns to include 7am - 3.30pm and 1.30pm to 10pm.
Duties:
Oversee all aspects of the front desk with a focus on the guest, their stay and their experience Carry out the check in/out procedure to a 4* standard, along with all guest interaction Answer the busy Hotel phoneline throughout the shift and deal with all incoming enquiries Manage the guest messaging system and act on their request Work closely with other departments to ensure the guest's journey runs smoothly and entices a return visit

4 hours and 45 minutes per week £2,720.64 - £2,770.20 per annum
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about Libraries, is an excellent team player, who is eager to learn and who thrives working in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
The successful candidate will be:
Able to create a friendly and welcoming environment for a diverse range of customers Excellent at multi-tasking, efficient, happy to work under pressure & confident with working alone if required. Able to promote our services. Confident in using IT (training will be given on specific library systems) Library experience is an advantage, but we also welcome candidates who have demonstrated exceptional customer service elsewhere.

Working Communities Project
The Working Communities Project provides free1-1 support for NED residents who are unemployed or facing redundancy.
The service aims to assist residents overcome barriers to finding employment, is confidential and tailor made to each individual’s needs. Residents can either refer themselves onto the service or be referred to the service by their Job Centre Work Coach – either way is done on a voluntary basis.
Sessions are usually held in the community to ensure it is accessible for residents, however, support is currently being offered using WhatsApp video call and by email and phone.
