As part of the new Citycard retail network we've now begun to roll out new on street ticket machines, helping to create a much more customer focused approach to purchasing travel.

The Citycard Retail Network will see the introduction of over 250 new and convenient locations where customers can buy tickets. In addition to over 80 on street ticket machines being installed, over 180 Payzone locations and a new online ticket buying facility will be added to the network by the end of 2014.

Customers will be able to top up their Citycard with Kangaroo day or season tickets using a debit or credit card. They can also buy a Citycard pre-loaded with 10 days of travel. Customers who don’t already have a Citycard can get one free of charge from the Victoria and Broadmarsh travel centres. Citycards are available to both city and non city residents.

Less than two week's to go until Nottingham's Splendour Festival returns to Wollaton Park!

Taking place on Saturday 19th July, within the grounds of Nottingham's stunning Wollaton Park, Splendour returns with headliners Tom Odell, Happy Mondays, Scouting For Girls, The Boomtown Rats, Reverend and the Makers and The Rifles with many more to be announced!

Aside from the plethora of artists across three stages, Splendour also hosts a comedy stage, a festival market area, and a children’s entertainment area with ‘have-a-go’ activities including circus skills, make and take, giant games and a wacky funfair.

With prices starting at just £15 for children aged 11-17 with a Citycard (children under 11 go free!), the festival will certainly be a great family day to remember!
