Take Part in This Year’s Robin Hood Walks Challenge

robin walks logo

Join Robin Hood on his journey across Nottingham while helping your pupils discover the benefits of being active every day. This Achieve Well Challenge delivered in partnership with Walk Notts, as part of the May walking festival, uses a fun, story-led adventure to help schools explore the link between physical activity and wellbeing.

Using our simple tracking app, staff can record children's active minutes in school and see their progress build over time.  Schools also receive ready to use resources, story slides and achievement certificates to make running the challenge easy and enjoyable. To find out more, join our challenge briefing on the 18th of March. Register here

About the School Stop Vaping Service

stop vaping

The School Stop Vaping service offers a comprehensive support pathway for young people, ranging from early prevention through to targeted and specialist interventions. Working collaboratively, CGL The Place and Thriving Nottingham provide a coordinated approach that combines universal education, individual support, harm reduction advice and accessible referral routes.

Young people can access a blend of group work, one-to-one interventions, awareness sessions, and specialist support tailored to their needs. The service also works closely with schools and the wider workforce to ensure consistent guidance, safeguarding, and early identification of risks.

Through partnership working, structured assessment, and evidence informed interventions, School Stop Vaping aims to reduce harm, build resilience, and offer young people the right help at the right time.
