Health and Wellbeing survey - tell us your views!

survey

Public Health have commissioned the Pupil Health and Wellbeing Survey for another 4 years. The survey gives schools a snapshot of the health related behaviours of groups of children in their school to inform the planning of PSHE, health and wellbeing activities and support.

Reports from last year's survey were sent out to schools last week. You can sign up for next year's survey here.

We want to ensure the survey is meeting your needs. To help us improve the survey, please complete this short feedback form. The survey has questions for both schools that have completed previously and those that haven't.
