Cult folk hero and festival veteran 'Beans on Toast' curates a day of life-affirming folk music in Nottingham city centre's beautiful Arboretum park. Music, trees and revelry are promised, with some of the UK's most exciting acts playing stripped back sets from the Arboretum's bandstand.
It'll be a family-friendly event filled with brilliant music, good company, tasty food, cold drinks and warm sunshine in a truly beautiful setting.

From a garden to a park to a river - every record taken helps conservation efforts across the country and informs plans for tackling the ecological emergency nationwide.
The Nottingham entry is led by the Wildlife in the City Team - focussing on 'Hidden Nature' this year.
You donât have to be an expert to take part - simply download the free iNaturalist app, take a photo of the nature you find, whether thatâs a tree, plant or animal, and upload.Â

The final performance of the University Concert Series is Chineke! Chamber Ensemble in their University Hall debut.
The Ensemble comprises the principal players of the Chineke! Orchestra â Europe's first majority Black and ethnically diverse orchestra â and has performed extensively across the UK.
The evening's programme features works by Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges, Florence Price and Franz Schubert.

Rosen has published in the region of 200 books for children and adults, including collaborations with Quentin Blake; âWeâre Going on a Bear Huntâ with Helen Oxenbury, and âA Great Big Cuddleâ with Chris Riddell.âŻâŻHis poetry for adults includes âDonât Mention the Childrenâ.âŻâŻMichael will also be available for book signing before and after the show.
