Safer Housing & Licensing Team – COVID-19 Update 19 March 2020

Coronavirus

The Safer Housing teams are now mostly remote working from home, as advised by the Government.

We are working hard to minimise disruption and we are working to keep our key services running for you and for all the people of Nottingham.

However, things are changing daily so please follow us on Facebook and Twitter and keep an eye out for more of these newsletters for any updates as things change.

How to contact us

We want to keep in contact with you and update you as much as possible. We aim to respond to all none urgent enquires within 15 working days.

If you need to contact us the best way currently is to send us an email to the following team emails;

Currently, we have limited phone coverage to the teams – if you need to speak to someone in person, our central Customer Hub teams are taking calls and will log your enquiry and direct them through to us. Please call the general Customer Hub on 0115 915 2000.

If you wish to report disrepair to a property, please contact the Customer Hub options – 0115 915 2020 option 3.

Please bear with us and understand that we will risk rate enquiries and we will respond to the most urgent matters first.

For all other enquiries or departments please call the council switchboard on 0115 915 5555. Please note, this number won't get you through to Safer Housing 

Report a problem in your neighbourhood 

If you have come across a problem you would like to report, please use one of the online forms (see reporting categories in the below) to contact us and we will look into trying to resolve the situation.
