Old Market Square
Have you seen the spectacular 'Giant Catch' in Old Market Square yet?
The 6-metre-high sculpture marks seven days to go until the start of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.
As part of the celebrations, Nottingham will be hosting the UK's first Fanzone in Old Market Square – the UK's second-largest outdoor public space.
The FREE Fanzone will feature live broadcasting of the tournament fixtures and skill-based cricket activities for all abilities, as well as a range of multi-cultural food, music and entertainment – bringing you closer to the action than ever before.
There'll also be a bar, DJ, CWC merchandise and an information point, plus beanbags, deckchairs, pallet chairs scattered around the Square – meaning you can pitch up for an entire day and enjoy everything on offer!
