We are looking for two organised Business Support Officers level 3. One to work 37hrs Monday to Friday supporting the Targeted Family Support Team based at the Clifton Cornerstone Office and one indivuial to be based at our Aspley office working 18.5hours wednesday to Friday.  You will be required to deal with telephone queries from a variety of internal and external service users.  You will provide appropriate information to the caller who may be a professional from partners services such as Health, the Police, Schools or a member of the public.


A polite, conscientious and professional manner is essential and the ability to remain calm under pressure whilst being sensitive to customers needs.


Duties include arranging appointments, sending out invite letters, booking rooms and typing documents.  Post holders are also required to deal with data collection/monitoring, ordering goods and finance administration.

We are looking for two Business Support Officer's Level 1 to be  based at our Children's Contact Centres.  Working as part of a team who support children and families you will be responsible for providing citizen focused reception and Business Support services to Managers and a team of Contact Centre workers.  The hours of work are between 10.45am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday each week.  

The role requires you to deal with telephone queries from a variety of internal and external service users.  You will provide appropriate information to callers who may be a professional partners from services such as Health, Police, Schools or a member of the public. 

A polite, conscientious and professional manner is essential and you will need the ability to remain calm under pressure whilst being sensitive to  the needs of customers.    


 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Excellent Customer Care skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Ability to maintain confidentially
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Organisational skills
