Nottingham Pageant - last chance today
 The Robin Hood Pageant is at Nottingham Castle for the final day today - Sunday 30 October!
It's a fantastic medieval day out for the whole family, with jousting, falconry, medieval entertainment from a host of characters including Robin Hood and the Sheriff of Nottingham, a working medieval blacksmiths forge, and much more!

Bonfire Night - Saturday 5 November
Forest Recreation Ground 5.30 - 10pm
Enjoy a fairground, bonfire, children's fireworks display at 7.15pm and a fantastic main fireworks display at 9pm. Nottingham City Council is proud to bring you this brilliant event, with no entry charge.

Friday 4 November at Nottingham Castle
A great Bonfire Night celebration to raise money for charity My Sight Nottinghamshire. With live music from legendary locals Fat Digester and emerging star Joseph Knight, with entertainment from fire performers, Robin Hood leading out the Charity Firewalk and a revamped firework display.
There's also a fantastic variety of food and drink with a Castle Rock Brewery Bar and food trucks.

 A night with Nottingham's Hall of Fame Heroes
3 November at Motorpoint Arena
Nottingham will host a celebration of football to mark the induction of Nottingham Forest’s European Cup winners and Notts County into Manchester’s National Football Museum Hall of Fame.
Les Bradd, Archie Gemmill and John
Robertson are among the Notts County and Nottingham Forest stars who will be
attending the Football Hall of Fame induction on Thursday 3 November at the
Motorpoint Arena.
Nottingham boxing champion Carl Froch will present the award to
his heroes, the Nottingham Forest European Cup winners, and the other players
so far confirmed are John McGovern, Trevor Francis, Garry Birtles, Ian Bowyer,
Colin Barrett, Bryn Gunn, David Needham, John O'Hare, Gary Mills, Martin
O'Neill and Frank Clark. In addition, John Robertson is receiving his own
personal induction.
Come along to see the Nottingham Forest European Cup winning squads and the oldest professional football club in the world, Notts County, take their rightful place amongst the world’s football elite.
Tickets are just £10 for adults and £5 for children.

These lectures are open to members of the public and are held at Nottingham Trent University's City site, in Nottingham city centre, from 6 - 7.15pm. There is no charge to attend.

The NET Nottingham Winter Wonderland is back in Old Market Square from Saturday 19 November until Sunday 8 January. Look out for:
