To support Individual Adopters and Special Guardians who are facing difficulties in their placements. To undertake Birth Records Counselling. To provide training on Post Placement issues. To provide advice and guidance to Social Workers about the Adoption Support Fund – Pre Order and Post Order. To provide advice and guidance on Post Placement and Post Order issues to the Service. To support students on placement with the team.
