The post holder is expected to travel to other premises within Nottingham City

Experienced Manager required to develop and lead an in-house Facilities management Team. The Assets & Facilities Manager is responsible for leading on all aspects of the Operations service, operational portfolio and ensuring that performance delivery and value for money are maximised along with contractual and business targets achieved in line with organisational policies, procedures and core values.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Hard & Soft FM Experience/Delivery
2. Business Development & Innovation
3. Budget Management & ability to reduce cost/increase income
4. Manage/Understanding of Compliance, delivery of projects and developing in-house teams
