At Nottingham Tennis Centre
Saturday 27 August 1-4pm


Come along to a FREE family fun sports day to help you get active and celebrate Team GB's achievements at the Rio 2016 Games!

 

There will be Tennis, Table Tennis, Archery, Football, Badminton, Athletics/fitness challenges, Karate, Netball, and Boccia, plus challenges and prizes (including gold medals).

Bigger and better - Great Food and Drink Festival
Saturday 27 - Monday 29 August

 

It's just not long to go till the Great Food and Drink Festival, at Newstead Abbey on August Bank Holiday weekend.


Top chefs like Simon Rimmer and Michael Caines will be there, as well as Great British Bake Off winner Nancy Birtwhistle. Plus, enjoy 100 food and drink stalls and onsite bars and live music. It's a great day out for ALL the family - dogs are welcome on the lead, and there's a free children's area too! Get tickets now.

There will be FREE activities, including gym, fitness classes and health suite between 9.30am-10.30 PLUS Group Cycling, Beginner running, Cardio Tennis and Boxercise!  You might even find a sport you want to get more regularly involved in.
