Fixed Term until March 2018

We are looking for an experienced partnership manager who will drive forward the employment and skills agenda at community level in Nottingham. They will be responsible for the development and maintenance of working relationships with community partners and manage the delivery of employment & skills initiatives for priority groups. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff and complex partnerships to produce positive benefit for local citizens. 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of employment and skills or related work, with a proven track record of effective delivery

• Ability to influence partners and stakeholders to ensure that services are aligned and opportunities maximised

• Ability to work within complex political, administrative and multi-agency processes to bring about change

• Well-developed leadership skills which foster a positive and motivated organisational culture
