Two posts available The role is to holistically care for young people who are looked after by the local authority who can display challenging and risk taking behaviour. You would work as part of a team to ensure all the young people’s needs are met and they achieve positive outcomes. The role would include liaising with other professionals and the young people’s families. Your working pattern will be seven days a week and sleep-ins will be included. Flexibility will be expected as part of your role.
