We have an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Contact Centre for Sport and Leisure based on the site of the Nottingham Tennis Centre. As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be the first point of contact for customers managing telephone calls, email enquiries and taking payments over the phone in addition to administering bookings and invoicing. We’re looking for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to manage each customer’s needs as an individual, selling the variety of services we provide. You will have good IT skills and whilst a background in sport is not essential being a good team player and the ability to manage a varied workload is a must for our already thriving team. We provide on-going training and development and access to a number of employee benefits.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Customer Service - Post holder will act as a first point of contact for customers, dealing with enquires, minor complaints, sales enquires & communicating effectively with a wide range of people over the phone. Dealing with a variety of customers/enquiries, the post requires individuals who possess excellent customer service delivery and meet the needs of the customer.

2. Teamwork - The role involves working within a small team, as well as the wider service. The individual should possess good team working skills and be a people person.

3. IT Skills - Ability to search IT and manual information systems, to provide information and resolve customer requests.

4. Administration Skills - Ability to complete fundamental administration tasks, copying, scanning, email, letters, invoicing and paying particular attention to detail.
