Due to expansion a vacancy has arisen for a receptionist to welcome clients to the office, answer the telephone and transfer calls received via switchboard. Post duties will include opening incoming mail, scanning documents and allocating appropriately as well as the preparation of outgoing post. General administrative duties will include the updating of databases.
You will manage complex projects and programmes that deliver economic growth to Nottingham and will bring fresh and innovative approaches to this agenda. You will develop strategies aimed at removing barriers to employment for all age groups and will work with partners to ensure their implementation.
An exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive, positive team, in a warm loving environment. You will work towards a formal qualification in childcare. The level two will take you a year to complete and at the end of this, you may be given the opportunity to progress onto a level three qualification.
