The post holder will work within the Admin Office as part of a small team of 3 and be part of a larger team within Carers First Adult Carers. You will report to both the Office Manager and Adult Carers Manager.
You shall need to provide accurate and reliable administrative assistance including:
To have a flexible approach to varying tasks and workloads.
To have the ability to manage and prioritise own workload
To have excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle distressed and or difficult Carers
To have active listening skills & accurately relay messages.

You must have at least 2 years’ experience working within a Local Government Revenues environment. You must have extensive knowledge of Council Tax and NNDR law and practice
