1 post for 12 months Fixed Term and 1 post for 6 months Fixed Term Nottingham City Council continues to undergo a period of significant change; we are looking for individuals to provide expert, consultative advice and coaching, to managers at all levels of the organisation, to enable our Departments to meet their objectives and improve services for our Citizens. The focus of the role is to fully understand the business need, then design and deliver professional HR and Transformational projects which address the impact on people. With a proven track record of managing projects to time and budget, you will have comprehensive knowledge of the relevant employment law and be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
