We have 6 customer service advisor positions based at two locations. Harvey Hadden Sports Village: are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to be part of the team at our newest facility Harvey Hadden Sports Village. Members of our team need to have a can-do attitude and always look to go out of their way to enhance the customer experience and give every one of our customers an exceptional experience, so having a great personality and being organised in a fast paced environment is essential. The role will involve greeting and serving our guests at front of house as well as being the main point of contact for all enquiries at the facility. As part of the team you will be trained to sell our great value membership packages to customers advising them on which products will offer them the best value for money. The role will involve a number of administration tasks so good organisational and multitasking skills are essential.

Customer Contact Centre at The Nottingham Tennis Centre: have a number of exciting opportunities to join the Customer Contact Centre for Sport and Leisure. As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be the first point of contact for customers managing telephone calls, email enquiries and taking payments over the phone in addition to administering bookings and invoicing. We’re looking for someone with a passion for providing great customer service and the ability to manage each customer as an individual, selling the variety of services we provide. You’ll have good IT skills and whilst a background in sport is not essential being a good team player and the ability to manage a varied workload is a must for our already thriving team. We provide ongoing training and development and access to a number of employee benefits.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Develop a good knowledge of the services on offer at the facility and other leisure facilities for customers and visitors. Being able to answer any query or question that customers and visitors may have.

• Able to communicate with customers through social media responding to queries and comments in a professional and timely manner.

• Excellent communication skills being able to sell products to customers on the phone, via social media, email or by touring the facility.

• Deal with direct customer enquiries, bookings, payments and complaints (telephone, email and written) providing resolution or referral where appropriate.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Relevant industry experience, ideally from the energy supply sector, however applicants with other backgrounds will be considered

- An aptitude for commercial account management, including strong presentation skills and a confident personality

- A track record in delivering contracts, from sign-off through to maturity

- Enthusiasm for the role, and a desire to work in the energy supply sector
