To assist the Assistant Catering Manager to organise, provide and oversee the highest quality café and catering private hire facilities for the heritage sites as required. This would include an active role in the preparation and service of food and beverages. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Experience in Catering 2. Ability to understand and meet all current hygiene regulations 3. Ability to act as a licensee and comply with all statutory legal requirements 4.
