Today's Forecast

Frequent heavy showers of rain and hail are expected through Wednesday afternoon and evening. There could also be some rumbles of thunder at times with winds increasing through the afternoon. There will be further showers overnight but they should be less frequent than during the day, with clear spells expected between the showers. Rather cloudy during Thursday morning with showers or longer spells of rain. RST's are forecast to stay above freezing.

 

Outlook for the next four days (forecasts run from midday to midday)
Thursday Rather cloudy during Thursday afternoon with light to moderate showers of rain. Partly cloudy overnight with clear spells and perhaps a few light rain showers. Thursday morning should see a mix of sunshine and showers. RST's staying above freezing. 

Friday

 Friday afternoon will be partly cloudy with a mix of sunny spells and showers. The showers could well be heavy at times with a risk of hail and thunder. Turning cloudy overnight with persistent rain for a time. That cloud and rain should then clear to the east by the end of the night, giving way to a mix of sunshine and heavy showers of rain and hail by Saturday morning. RST's staying above

Saturday afternoon should see a mixture of sunny spells and heavy showers of rain and hail. Dry overnight with clear spells. Rather cloudy by Sunday morning with rain likely towards the end of the morning and into Sunday afternoon. Further spells of rain are then likely overnight and into Monday morning. RST's falling close to freezing on Saturday night and staying above freezing on Sunday night.
