Fixed Term for 6 months To assist the Children in Care Service, to develop policies, procedures and business processes that will underpin required changes for staff and services and the implementation of relevant plans and strategies and keep abreast of new research. To develop and undertake audit processes to assure quality and compliance with Ofsted’s inspection framework and relevant National Minimum Standards. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Support the development of a range of change management activities within the Children in Care Service 2. Support the Head of Service, Service Managers, Principal Managers, in reviewing effectiveness of existing working methods and devise, in conjunction with relevant staff, creative approaches to service development 3. Devise and develop suitable monitoring and compliance strategies, to ensure that quality services are being provided 4.
