Today's Forecast

Cloudy and windy, but mainly dry at first this afternoon before a band of persistent and at times, heavy rain moves in from the west. Rain clearing eastwards by approximately 2000 this evening, with good clear spells and isolated heavy showers following overnight. Although it will be fairly cool, RSTs will remain above freezing due to the strength of the ongoing breeze. Sunday morning will see a mixture sunny spells and scattered showers, some of which could be heavy with a risk of hail and thunder.

 

Outlook for the next four days (forecasts run from midday to midday)
Sunday  Sunny spells and scattered, blustery showers through the afternoon, some of which could be heavy with hail and thunder. Showers will ease briefly during the evening before persistent rain and strong winds spread in from the south towards midnight. It will then remain wet and windy through the rest of the night and into Monday morning.

Monday

 Rain should soon clear to leave a mixture of sunny/clear spells and scattered showers, these continuing overnight and into Tuesday morning. Showers could be heavy at times with a risk of hail and thunder.

Tuesday

Wednsday

 Both days will see a mixture of sunny or clear spells and scattered showers, these heavy at times with a risk of hail and thunder. Showers should die out on Wednesday night to leave largely dry conditions
