Today's Forecast |
Perhaps one or two isolated light showers this afternoon, mainly in the north though some drier and brighter interludes too. Drier into the evening with some clearer spells, then cloud thickening by midnight and turning breezy before a band of persistent rain arrives from the southwest by 0200. This rain will continue through the rest of the night and may be heavy at times before slowly easing during Thursday morning. |
Outlook for the next four days (forecasts run from midday to midday) | |
Thursday | Thursday: Largely dry, bright and cool conditions will persist, although a few isolated showers are possible, potentially heavy at times, most likely during Friday morning. Clear spells overnight will allow RSTs to drop just below freezing, with a risk of ice and frost. |
Friday |
Friday: Another bright day but with showers at times, which could turn heavy and persistent in the afternoon. Turning mostly dry and cloudier overnight, but with further showers likely on Saturday morning. |
Saturdayand Sunday |
Saturday and Sunday: Similar conditions over the weekend with a mixture of sunny spells and isolated heavy showers. Showers are expected to become more frequent at times, when they may merge into longer spells of rain, most likely on Saturday. Isolated showers and clear spells overnight on both nights giving further cold conditions, especially on Sunday night. |
