Enviroenergy is the complete Energy Company, managing energy production, supply and billing for domestic and commercial customers across the United Kingdom. With a particular focus on systems and processes you will be responsible for developing and embedding an approach to customer service that will drive commercial success within the company. You will have significant experience of leading a customer service and sales team preferably within the Utilities Sector. You will excel in driving productivity and creating a successful and thriving customer service environment which delivers excellent customer service. Working pattern = 8.30am to 4.30pm A position has arisen for a Processing Support Assistant in the Processing and Enforcement section of Nottingham City Council. The successful candidate will carry out a range of duties e.g. opening of post and recording of monies in respect of Penalty Charge Notices (parking fines), Fixed Penalty Notices for example littering and Disabled Blue Badges and On Street Parking Permits. In addition the postholder will be responsible for recording telephone messages, printing and scanning correspondence and entering details onto a bespoke parking system. Due to the large quantities of correspondence sent from this office the postholder will be required to use an opening, folding and franking machine. In addition the postholder will be required to be part of the late night rota (working up to 4.50pm) and take messages in respect of a range of queries. It is important that the successful candidate is able to be at work from 8.30am each day and work until 4.30pm except when part of the late night rota. This work is time sensitive and if not completed in a timely fashion will impact on the remainder of the team and the effective running of the service therefore self-motivation, flexibility and working to deadlines are paramount.
