Following the announcement from the Government of a national lockdown, we are still holding our January wellbeing programmes but they will be virtual!
Learn to Relax and De-stress
This 4-week programme will be held over Zoom every Monday, starting on 11 January at 12.30pm. These sessions are aimed at anyone who would like to learn techniques to reduce anxiety and stress. Sessions will last for 20-30 minutes. It's just £7 for 4 weeks or £2.50 pay as you go. Email us to book a place.
New Year, New You, Running Goals
A virtual 8-week tailored running programme which will take place on Zoom each week. Starting Monday 11 January, 10.30-11am, this course costs just £20.
This programme is designed for those who can already run for 30-40 mins non-stop and would like to improve, build up to 10km or run a faster 5km. It might also be simply that you’ve lost your mojo and looking for some support to help you get back on track. Email us to book a place.
Walk2Run
This is a new virtual 12-week run/walk programme aimed at complete beginners, so if you have never run before or are a returning runner then this is perfect for you. It aims to gradually build you up to running for 40 mins and help build your running confidence, stamina and fitness.
The course costs just £25 and will be held over Zoom on the following dates:
- Tuesday 19 January (10am-11am)
- Wednesday 20 January (6.30pm-7.30pm)
- Thursday 28 January (12pm-1pm)
