Apprenticeships - what do the different levels mean? Intermediate (Level 2) Apprenticeship An intermediate (level 2) apprenticeship is equivalent to five good GCSE passes Advanced Level (Level 3) Apprenticeship An advanced apprenticeship is equivalent to two A Level passes Higher (Level 4/5) Apprenticeships Level 4 apprenticeships are equivalent to a foundation degree Degree (Level 6/7 Apprenticeship) Degree Apprenticeships are equivalent to a bachelor's degree (Level 6) or a master's degree (Level 7)

PlanBEE Manchester
Applications for September 2023 are now open
PlanBEE Manchester is a unique higher apprenticeship programme in Design, Construction and Management. It prepares you for a career in building design and construction with a strong emphasis on digital skills and collaborative working.
You’ll be working on a range of projects across the City of Manchester and wider region including:
- Our Town Hall project
- The Factory arts venue
- Next phase of projects in Ancoats and New Islington: Eliza Yard, Ancoats Mobility Hub

The post holder will support the Director of Estate in ensuring that the Directorate both creates and supports a caring environment through the delivery of an effective Estates service at best value for money across all the WTWA estate.

HR Administrator Apprentice - Manchester
The Global Banking School is looking for a HR administrator to support their HR team. The successful candidate will complete a level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship. Among other tasks, the apprentice will be ensuring for example that right to work checks and background checks are carried out effectively; helping to maintain, manage, and deliver employee onboarding and off boarding activities on the HRIS systems.

The Greater Manchester Skills Centre in Trafford Park is a training facility, specifically built for training the next generation of apprentices and trainees. They offer a range of apprenticeships, qualifications and career pathways that lead to real work. They work with over 500 employers across the Greater Manchester and beyond, so the centre will support you from induction to employment in your chosen career.
