Look for A Book with Read Manchester 22nd-28th May
Look for a Book returns to Manchester again this year as part of the celebrations leading up to the Festival of Libraries. Manchester City of Literature is co-ordinating the Greater Manchester Look for a Book quest, which sees 500 copies of Nadiya Hussain’s Bake me a Story hidden in and around libraries and green spaces across all ten authorities. Bake me a Story combines family-friendly recipes with storytelling and beautiful illustrations, all with a food theme! Ask in your local library for clues as to where the books will be hidden and check Manchester Libraries’ Facebook and Twitter pages too! You will also receive a certificate and will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to meet Nadiya herself in person during the Festival in June.
