School Transport - Still Time To Have Your Say
Following concerns raised by Manchester Parent Carer Forum (MPCF), Manchester Parent Champions and other parents earlier this year, there was a review of the Home To School Transport service. Views were fed into two new draft policies. Manchester City Council would like to hear what you and your young people think about them.
There are some key changes, including: removing the need for annual reapplication, separating post-16 and 5-16 years into separate policies, and offering a wider range of travel solutions.
You can read the draft policies, including a summary. and have your say through the Manchester City Council website. There is also information on MPCF's website. Please share your feedback by 10th October.
