Start Well: Residents Survey
The first two years of a child’s life are crucial in determining how they will grow up and the future life they will lead. We want to know more about the experiences of Manchester families and how future strategies can be created to support everyone.
This survey is for residents of Manchester who have, in the past five years, been pregnant, given birth, or been the primary carer for a young child or baby. You can take the survey by clicking here, or share it with other families you know.
