Art therapy for mums who gave birth during lockdown
Becoming a mother during lockdown was a challenging experience for many, leaving some new mums experiencing low mood, anxious thoughts, or feelings of loneliness. If that describes you, Manchester Art Gallery are offering a free online art therapy group to support you.
