A special message from our Director of Health and Wellbeing Systems Improvement, Andrew Hughes.
This month, Partners in Care and Health (PCH) will celebrate its second anniversary.
PCH launched in November 2022, following a re-brand from CHIP (Care and Health Improvement Programme).
Two years on, we have launched our first-ever communications survey. It is our chance to measure current baseline levels of awareness and understanding of the programme, and it is also your chance to help us shape the content and delivery of our communications moving forward, so they are tailored more in line to your particular needs and expectations.
Essentially, we want to know:
- what do you think of the programme?
- how do you find out about what we do?
- does that give you all the information you need?
- what could we do better?
Working with our partners and other well-respected organisations, we’ve achieved a great deal which is evidenced in the publication of our recent annual report for 23/24.
This timely document showcases the reach and impact of our improvement programme across the sector, and is meant to be read in conjunction with our prospectus, which sets out our current and future support offers for councils with adult social care responsibilities.
While we’re happy with our direction of travel, we know there is always room for improvement and always more we can do to get our key messages out to the right people at the right time.
As people who have an interest in the sector and key stakeholders for our programme, your input and responses to our communications survey will be highly valued and will have particular significance for our work and how we deliver our support offers.
It will provide us with the tools to ensure our programme continues to be effective, impactful and responsive to the challenges and opportunities that face you, your staff and the sector.
The insight and answers that you provide will directly shape our future improvement programmes, ensuring that you are able to access the sector-led improvement support offers that you need, in a way that suits you.
The survey will run until 6 December. It takes just a few of minutes to answer the questions.
