This new LG Inform report focuses on planning and development control by local area. The report presents an overview of planning: and the context in which planning takes place in different areas within England; by looking at a select number of relevant metrics.
This report will help councils to understand the current planning environment within their area, assess the service performance of the planning process and identify the demand for housing.
