This year, we'll be reviewing our neighbourhood plans to make sure they reflect what you tell us about where you live.
The neighbourhood plans are part of our wider neighbourhood approach which aims to work in a more localised way and put customers at the heart of what we do by listening to, and acting on, their views. We previously called this our community-based approach.
Find out more about our neighbourhood plan work so far, and what’s happening this year.

Issues could include things like broken paving, door hinges coming off, handrails becoming loose, cracks appearing in walls, problems with damp and mould or something else.

As a social housing provider, we're required to collect and submit quarterly feedback from tenants/customers to the Regulator for Social Housing (RSH) to check that we're meeting the regulatory requirements and achieving expected standards and outcomes.
This feedback gives us valuable insights into your experience and helps us improve our services.
In November, the RSH published the national Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) results which covered the period of April 2024 - March 2025.
We're pleased to share an update about how we're doing against the national results, what we’re working on and how we’re going to continue to improve for customers.
|
Have your say
On 19 January until mid February we'll be carrying out phone surveys with a random sample of customers through the independent research company, MEL Research. The results of the surveys will feed into our next Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
The questions cover tenant perception measures, and wider feedback.
If you get a call from MEL Research, please do take part and give them your feedback – it makes all the difference!
Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

We transformed a damp house into a healthy home - We're committed to keeping customer homes safe so when a customer reported damp and mould to us, we worked with our in-house contractors APS and external contractors, Timberwise, to resolve the issue quickly. |
A day in the life of an APS apprentice - Alfie has been completing his Level 3 Domestic Plumbing and Heating apprenticeship with APS for 3 years. When he's not working on his college portfolio at Leeds College of building, he's busy learning how to install bathrooms and kitchens alongside the APS team to keep customer homes well maintained.

New hub helps people recover from domestic abuse - In December, we proudly celebrated the opening of the newly refurbished Leeds Women's Aid hub. We provide accommodation in partnership with Leeds Women’s Aid, which delivers a wide range of domestic violence and abuse support services to women and children across Leeds.
